Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Customer provides return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
In case Beauty and Fragrances:
Returning an item: Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Hair care, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and within 14 days of receipt. We can’t accept returns on open or used items. A refund will be issued less any shipping charges. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds on Skincare, Hair care, or Makeup items due to health reasons. We do not offer exchanges on any item.
Damages: If an item is damaged it must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. The customer hold on to the damaged item & all packaging for 2 weeks. Carrier will contact the customer and/or pick up the package & merchandise. Once the claim is approved we will reship the damaged items. If the customer wants a refund or a different item they must return the item at their expense and we will issue a refund once the claim is approved.
Missing packages: If a package is lost in transit we will file a claim with the carrier, and reship or refund per your request. If a package is scanned as delivered by a carrier we are unable to file claims or issue refund. Be aware it is your responsibility for the package. Note: You are accepting complete responsibility for the package. We will issue a delivery confirmation number. If the package is damaged, stolen, or missing no claims can be made and you will be responsible to place a new order at your cost.
Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us by the carrier for any reason including but not limited to (refusal, undeliverable, unavailable to sign) we will issue a refund for the items cost minus a shipping charge (cost charged by carrier to return item)
Cancellation: Since we use an automated order processing system there is a very small window to cancel an order (typically less than 5 minutes) Please reply to the e-mail confirmation immediately and do not wait to contact us during business hours. Request for cancellation will be honored if possible.
In case Watches and Jewelry:
We accept returns and will refund you for your purchase under the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for return or exchange, all watches must be sent back to us within the first 14 days following the receipt of the watch and must meet the following conditions:
Watch in original working condition with no accidental damage caused by you
No scratches on the watch case, glass or watch strap due to usage
No resizing, altering of bracelet
If you receive a watch which is damaged in transit or not working on arrival, it is still eligible for return. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you received a defective item.
Once you return the watch, you can opt for either a refund of the purchase price or an exchange with another watch with the price difference topped up or refunded. We will issue a refund within 24 hours of receipt of the return package.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
To request a return please send an email to [email protected] with the Subject “Return Requested” and indicate your order number and the reason for return in your email. We will reply within 24 hours with your RMA number and return instructions.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
